Request permanent deletion of your PetAura account and all associated data. No need to log in.

What happens when you request deletion

We take your privacy seriously. Once we receive a valid request, we permanently remove your data.

  • Everything is deleted

    Your account, pet profiles, health logs, reminders, uploaded documents, and AI conversation history.

  • Within 7 business days

    We complete the deletion within 7 business days of receiving your request.

  • Only legally required data is kept

    Anonymized analytics or legally mandated records may be retained as required by law.
